Stir-fried Pork Neck and Fried Tofu with Shrimp Paste

Step 1
Cut the fried tofu in half

Step 2
Slice the pork neck in bias

Step 3
Peel and slice the ginger

Step 4
In a pot, bring the water to boil and blanch the fried tofu for a minute. Drain and set aside

In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the ginger until fragrant, add the pork neck and cook until half cook

Add the Chinese cooking wine, shrimp paste, sugar and water. Mix together until the shrimp paste is dissolve

Step 7
Add the fried tofu and stir well

Step 8
Drizzle with sesame oil and green onion. Ready to serve
