Stir-fried Pork Belly with Kimchi

Since the Korean culture throughout the world, kimchi has become a very common ingredients. Good to serve as either cold or hot, use it as a stir-fry and is really simple. Just like this Stir-fried Pork Belly with Kimchi, other then soy bean sprout, can also add your favorite vegetables as well.

Step 1
Slice the onion

Step 2
Mince the garlic

Step 3
Slice the pork

Step 4
Marinate with mince garlic, light soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil for 15 minutes

Step 5
In a pot, bring the water to boil and blanch the soy bean for 5 minutes

Step 6
Drain and set aside

Step 7
In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Cook the pork until it is half way cook, transfer to the plate and set aside

Step 8
In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant

Step 9
Add the pork and kimchi cook for 2-3 minutes until the pork is fully cook

Add the soy bean, light soy sauce and sesame oil
