Step 1
. Cut pig ear into strips. Cut green and red chili pepper into shreds, and chop the Chinese celery into small pieces.

Step 2
Heat the pan over medium heat with some oil, sauté the minced garlic, green and red chili pepper and fermented black beans until fragrant. Add Chinese celery and pig ear and mix well.

Step 3
Add Shaoxing wine, soy sauce and ground white pepper. Stir fry for another 3 minutes. Ready to serve!
