Soak the mushrooms and dried shrimps until soft. Dice the mushrooms

Dice the Chinese sausage

Dice the string beans

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil and sauté the garlic, chili pepper and Sichuan pepper until fragrant

Add the Chinese sausage, mushrooms and dried shrimps

Step 6
Add the Chinese cooking wine and cook it for 1-2 minutes, then add the string beans and pickled radish and quick stir

Step 7
Season with oyster sauce, sugar and sesame oil

Step 8
Mix well and ready to serve
