Step 1
Clean and cut the Chinese chives into pieces.

Step 2
In a bowl, marinate the pork with Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, corn starch and white pepper for 20 minutes.

Step 3
Add the Chinese chives, garlic, ginger, black bean, red chili pepper, red bird chili and stir well

Step 4
Add some water and it cook for 2 minutes then season with sugar, white pepper and sesame oil. Stir well and ready to serve.
