Stir-fried Luffa with Sakura Shrimp

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Rince and skin the luffa. Cut into pieces.

Step 2
Mince the ginger.

Step 3
Sauté the sakura shrimps with some oil until fragrant. Set aside.

Step 4
Heat a pan with some oil. Sauté the minced ginger until fragrant. Add Luffa and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes. Add some sautéd sakura shrimps, salt and sugar. Stir until the luffa is soft. Transfer to serving plate.

Step 5
Sprinkle some sautéd sakura shrimps on top and ready to serve.
