Stir-fried Iberico Pork & Young Ginger with Organic Sweetened Vinegar Sauce

Pork rib marinade
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Marinate the pork rib for 15 minutes

Step 2
Heat the pan with some oil over medium heat, add pork ribs and stir-dry until it’s half cooked

Step 3
Add young ginger, red chilli peppers and purple onion, sauté until fragrant

Step 4
In a small bowl, combine sweetened vinegar, white vinegar, oyster sauce and mix well. Pour the sauce into pan and toss well with the ingredients. Cover the lid and cook over medium low heat for 4 minutes

Step 5
Add corn starch water and cook until the sauce is thickened. Ready to serve
