Stir-fry the potatoes, pork and black fungus with Hot and Sour Mushroom Sauce! Appetising and time-saving! It goes well with rice, too.

Step 1
Julienne the pork and black fungus. Peel and shred the potato. Chop the red bird chili and set aside. Soak the potato in cold water for 15 minutes to remove starch on surface. Marinate the pork with light soy sauce, salt, sugar and corn starch for 15 minutes.

Step 2
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until cooked.

Step 3
Add black fungus, potato, red bird chili and stir-fry.

Step 4
Add DayDayCook Hot and Sour Mushroom Sauce, black vinegar and stir well. Ready to serve.
