Stir-fried Grouper Fish with Chinese Celery and Fresh Lily Bulb

Chinese celery and fresh lily bulb consist of very high nutritional value. This is for sure a healthy and simple homey dish.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut the Chinese celery and grouper fish fillet into pieces. Rinse and separate the fresh lily bulbs. Slice the carrot and mince the garlic.

Step 2
Marinate the grouper fish fillet with salt, ground white pepper, ginger, Chinese cooking wine and 1 tsp corn starch for 15 minutes.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add grouper fish and stir-fry until 80% cooked. Transfer to a plate.

Step 4
In the same pan, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Step 5
Add celery, carrot, fresh lily bulbs anf stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Step 6
Add grouper fish and mix well.

Step 7
Dissolve the remaining corn starch in 20mL water, Add in the pan and mix well. Ready to serve.
