Stir-fried Diced Pork with Taro and Celery

Step 1
Clean and cut the pork into cubes and marinate with Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce, white pepper and corn starch for 10minutes.

Step 2
Cut the celery and carrot into cubes.

Step 3
Peel and taro and cut into cubes.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil and cook the pork until golden brown and set aside.

Step 5
In a pan, add some oil and sauté the minced garlic and minced ginger until fragrant. Add the diced taro and cook until golden brown.

Step 6
Add the diced celery, diced carrot and cook until tender.

Step 7
Add the pork back and Chinese cooking wine, oyster sauce, sugar and white pepper. Stir well and ready to serve.
