Unsalted Roasted Peanuts30 g
Rice wine1 tbsp
Chicken powder
Cornmeal
Water20 ml
Ground white pepper
Dark soy sauce1 tsp

Peanut, chilli pepper and ginger

Cut chicken thigh meat into medium pieces

Marinate for 15 minutes

Step 5
Add marinated chicken

Drain from oil
