Stir-fried Curry Seafood Udon

Each strip of udon is coated with curry. With this fresh seafood, you just cannot resist this dish.

Step 1
Slice the garlic and onion.

Step 2
Clean the shrimp and mussel. Cut the squid into rings.

Step 3
In a pot, bring the water to boil and cook the udon until separate. Drain and set aside.

Step 4
Add about 100mL udon water to the curry cubes and stir until it melted.

Step 5
In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.

Step 6
Add the shrimp, squid, mussel and quick stir for a minute.

Step 7
Reduce the heat to medium, add the udon and the curry. Toss together and season with salt and white pepper.

Step 8
Sprinkle with some green onion and ready to serve.
