Step 1
Finely chopped the red chili pepper

Step 2
Clean and open the shell

Step 3
Cut the crab in four pieces

Step 4
Dust the crab and the shell with all-purpose flour

Step 5
In a pan, add enough oil for frying. Add the crab and fry until golden brown on a medium high heat. Drain off the excess oil on the kitchen paper

Step 6
In a pan, heat the oil on medium heat and sauté the garlic until golden brown, add teh red chili pepper

Step 7
Add the dried garlic and dried shallot mix together

Step 8
Combine the crab and stir with the garlic mixture
