Stir-fried Chinese Yam with Lean Pork

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Slice the lean pork. Add soy sauce, sugar and oil. Mix well

Step 2
Rinse the fresh black fungus then cut into pieces

Step 3
Peel the Chinese yam. Cut into pieces. Soak in salted water to prevent from spoilt

Step 4
In a pan, add oil, garlic and lean pork, fry until half-cooked. Transfer to a plate

Step 5
In a pan, add Chinese yam and black fungus and stir-fry. Add salt for seasoning

Step 6
Add half-cooked lean pork when Chinese yam and fungus almost fully cooked. Ready to serve
