Stir-fried Chinese Chive Flower with Dried Shrimp and Squid in XO Sauce

Chinese Chive is mild and good for kidney. Stir fry together with dried shrimps and tofu! Colourful and delicious.

Step 1
Cut the Chinese chive flowers into sections. Soak and drain the dried shrimps. Clean, score and cut the squid into pieces. Slice the dried tofu and mince the garlic.

Step 2
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add dried shrimps, squid, dried tofu and stir-fry.

Step 3
Add Chinese chive flowers and mix well. Add Chinese cooking wine and stir well.

Step 4
Add XO sauce, light soy sauce and sugar. Mix well.

Step 5
Add cashew and mix well. Ready to serve.
