Stir-fried Chinese Broccoli with Ginger Wine

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Rinse the Chinese broccoli and remove the flowers. Drain and cut into sections.

Step 2
Grate the ginger to make 50mL juice and sieve. Mix with wine and salt.

Step 3
Heat a pan and add oil. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

Step 4
Add Chinese broccoli and stir-fry with high heat. Add a bit sugar and stir-fry until done. Add ginger wine and stir-fry. Ready to serve.
