Step 1
Marinate the chicken with corn starch, Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce and white pepper for 15 minutes

Step 2
Mince the garlic

Step 3
Peel and slice the carrot and celery

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, add the chicken and cook until golden brown

Step 5
Add the soy bean sprouts, celery and carrot. Quick stir

Step 6
Add the Chinese cooking wine, salt and white pepper to season
