Stir-fried Chicken with Lily Bulbs and Luffa

Crispy fresh lily contains a lot of vitamins and lymthatic temperament, which is helpful in skin cell renewing. Luffa is also a beauty products, it contains vitamin B which can prevent skin aging. Use this two ingredients and cook with chicken breast to make a healthy and tasty dish.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Clean and slice the chicken, marinate with light soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, white pepper and corn starch for 20 minutes.

Step 2
Separate the lily bulbs, rinse and soak in water. Peel and cut the luffa into pieces.

Step 3
Mince the garlic. Chop the green onion. Peel and mince the ginger.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil and sauté the chicken until golden brown and set aside.

Step 5
In the same pan, sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add the chicken back and quick stir. Add the luffa and cook until tender then add the lily bulbs.

Step 6
Season with salt and black pepper. Transfer to the plate, drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle with green onion and ready to serve.
