Stir-fried Chicken with Honey Pea and Olive Vegetable

While we used to stir-fry olive vegetables with green beans, we can replace them with the sweeter honey peas!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Julienne the chicken tenderloins and mince the garlic.

Step 2
Marinate the chicken tenderloins with light soy sauce, sugar, ground white pepper, rice wine, sesame oil and corn starch for 10 minutes.

Step 3
Bring a pot of water to boil. Add honey peas and blanch for 1 minute. Drain and set aside.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add garlic, ginger and sauté until fragrant.

Step 5
Add chicken tenderloins and stir-fry until cooked. Add olive vegetables and sauté until fragrant.

Step 6
Add honey peas and mix well. Transfer to a plate and ready to serve.
