Stir-fried Bitter Gourd and Pork Jowl Meat

Step 1
Seed the bitter gourd and cut into slices. Slice the red chili

Slice the pork jowl and marinate with Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, white pepper and corn starch for 10 minutes

Step 3
saute the garlic in 1 tbsp oil, add pork neck meat fried to just change color

Step 4
under shaoxing rice wine and water and cook until done, remove from stand-by

Step 5
Sauté fermented black beans and red chili in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add bitter gourd, Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe Soy Sauce, sugar and water. Stir well for about 2 minutes

Stir in pork jowl meat and heat through
