Stir-fried Beef and Kale in Vegetarian BBQ Sauce

You may cook kales in a Chinese way! It is very flavourful to stir fry kale with beef and vegetarian BBQ sauce.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Marinate the beef with light soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, sesame oil, ground white pepper and corn starch for 15 minutes.

Step 2
Cut the kale into sections.

Step 3
Mix together vegetarian BBQ sauce, oyster sauce, water and sugar. Set aside.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Add beef and sauté until half-cooked. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

Step 5
In the same pan, add some oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add kale and toss.

Step 6
Add beef and sauce mixture. Mix well. Ready to serve.
