Stewed Pork Ribs with Board Beancurd

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Mix pork ribs with seasoning and marinate for 5-10 minutes, cut spring onion, celery and red chili into pieces.

Step 2
Slice board beancurd, use kitchen paper to absorb water.

Step 3
Use High heat to heat 1 tbsp oil, place board beancurd on flying pan. Fry until both sides turn golden. Put aside.

Step 4
Sauté spring onion, celery, red chili and pork rib, add half bowl of water.

Step 5
After sautéing those ingredients, put beancurd back to flying pan, add oyster sauce and salt as seasoning.

Step 6
6. Stew for 15 minutes. Ready to serve.
