Cut bean strings into small pieces, cut potatoes into cubes

Step 2
Cut green onion into sections, mince garlic.

Step 3
Heat the pan with oil. Add green onion and garlic.

Step 4
Add cooked bean strings with bean sauce, stir fry until smell spreads. Try to make all bean strings with sauce.

Step 5
Add some water and make it slight cover the bean strings.

Step 6
Then add potatoes pieces. Turn to medium heat and stew it with cover.
