Steamed Turnip Cake with Pickled Radish

Step 1
蒸45分鐘至1小時至熟透

最後灑上芫茜及芝麻,趁熱享用

Minced the shallot

Step 4
Soak the mushrooms until soft, cut the mushroom and Chinese sausage into small dice

Soak the dried shrimps until soft and chop

Rinse the pickled radish, soak it for 20 minutes and cut into dice

Peel and shred the daikon

In a pan, add Chinese sausage and cook until the fat comes out then add the shallot and cook until fragrant

Add mushrooms, dried shrimps and pickled radish and cook for 2-3 minutes. Set aside

In the same pan, add the shredded daikon and cook until the daikon has soft

Season with salt, sugar and white pepper. Place the mushrooms mixture back and mix together

Slowly add the rice flour mixture into the daikon mixture, turn off the heat and stir until the daikon has thicken

Brush the container with oil, pour the mixture inside

Sprinkle with cilantro and sesame seed and serve hot
