Scallops and tofu

Step 2
Slice the scallops into halves horizontally

Step 3
Cut the block of soft tofu into 6 equally thick pieces

Step 4
Place a piece of scallop on top of each blocks of tofu

Step 5
Steam for 4-5 minutes

Step 6
Take out the plate
