Step 1
In a pot, use 400mL water with the Chinese herbs ingredients and cook for 30 minutes, discard and save the liquid

Step 2
Chopped the shrimp into paste

Step 3
Add ground chicken and seasoning, mix well. Combine the dried scallop with the chicken mixture

Step 4
Cut the tofu in 3cm thick

Step 5
Scoop a hole in the middle

Step 6
Place the chicken mixture inside

Step 7
Transfer the stuff tofu on the plate and add the herbs liquid and steam it for 20 minutes until is cooked

Step 8
Sprinkle with green onion and serve
