Step 1
Slice the pork shoulder and marinade with Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, corn starch, white pepper for 20 minutes.

Step 2
Soak the hot pickled mustard for 20-30 minutes.

Step 3
Drain and slice the tofu. Place the tofu on the plate.

Step 4
Add the pork, hot pickled mustard over the tofu and steam it for 15-20 minutes.

Step 5
Sprinkle with the chopped green onion and ready to serve.
