Steamed Tofu with Fish Paste

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Drain and pat the Pak Fook® Beancurd for Steaming dry with kitchen towel. Set aside.

Step 2
Mix together the fish paste, corn starch, sesame oil, Chinese cooking wine, sugar, salt and white pepper.

Step 3
Stir in one direction until sticky.

Step 4
Add Pak Fook® Beancurd for Steaming, 2/3 dried mushrooms, 2/3 dried shrimps, 2/3 green onion and mix well. Transfer to a plate.

Step 5
Sprinkle with dried scallops, remaining dried shrimps and remaining dried mushrooms. Steam for 10 minutes or until cooked.

Step 6
Sprinkle with remaining green onion.

Step 7
Ready to serve.
