Steamed Tofu with Crab Roe and Shrimp Paste

SanSui Silken Tofu

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Drain and cut the SanSui Silken Tofu into pieces. Place on a steam plate.

Step 2
Mix together the shrimp paste, crab roe, corn starch, Chinese cooking wine, sesame oil, salt and white pepper.

Step 3
Sprinkle some corn starch on the tofu. Place shrimp paste on top.

Step 4
Steam on medium high heat for 6-8 minutes or until the shrimp paste is cooked.

Step 5
Pour cooked oil and light soy sauce over the tofu. Ready to serve.
