Soak the black fungus until soft and cut into small pieces

Slice the sausage and set aside

Step 3
Chopped the cilantro and green onion, mix together

Marinate the spareribs for 20 minutes

Add the black fungus and mix together

Transfer the spareribs to the plate, lay the slice sausage on top and sprinkle red pepper

Steam it over medium heat for 15 minutes or until fully cooked

Sprinkle with the mixture of green onion and cilantro
