Steamed Spare Rib with Spicy Black Bean and Dried Shrimp Sauce

Marinate the spareribs with the Spicy Black Bean and Dried Shrimp Sauce. Particularly mouth-watering and goes well with rice!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut the fried tofu into halves.

Step 2
Rinse the spareribs under water for 10 minutes. Drain and marinate with DayDayCook Spicy Black Bean and Dried Shrimp Sauce, light soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, sugar, ground white pepper, sesame oil and corn starch for 10 minutes.

Step 3
Place the fried tofu and spareribs on a steam plate.

Step 4
Steam on medium high heat for 10-12 minutes or until done. Ready to serve.
