Lily buds helps to clear heat, expel dampness and improve our skin. Simply add some black fungus and spareribs to steam, easy and delicious!

Step 1
Rinse, drain and cut the spare ribs into pieces. Soak the lily buds and black fungus until soft. Dice the green onion and set aside.

Step 2
Marinate the spare ribs with premium soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, corn starch, oil, sesame oil and water for 15 minutes.

Step 3
Add black fungus and lily buds. Mix well and layer on a large plate.

Step 4
Steam on medium high heat for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked. Sprinkle with green onion. Ready to serve.
