Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.

Step 2
Score the fish diagonally and rub both sides with salt and cooking wine, set aside for 15 minutes. Place green onion and ginger slices on top.

Step 3
Put into a steamer and steam for 8-10 mins.

Step 4
Remove ginger slices from the sea bass.

Step 5
Sprinkle some shredded ginger, green onion and red chili on top of the sea bass.

Step 6
Baste KEWPIE JAPANESE DRESSING on top.

Step 7
Pour boiling hot oil over the sea bass and ready to serve.
