Mince the ginger and garlic

Mince the green and red chili

In two different container, place the red and green chili separately, divided the garlic and ginger in half and place half and half in the different container

Combine the mixture with wine and salt. Set aside

Chop the green onion

Step 6
Soak the vermicelli until soft

Evenly divide the vermicelli on the scallop shell and place the scallops over

Spoon the Hunan chili sauce over the scallop

Steam the scallops for 8 minutes

Sprinkle with green onion

Add some soy sauce over the scallop

Heat the oil until hot and spoon it over the scallops and serve hot
