Steamed Scallop with Tofu and Vermicelli

Step 1
Slice the tofu into 1cm thick, minced the garlic

Step 2
In a pot of boiling water, blanch the vermicelli until it becomes soft

Step 3
Separate the scallop shell and the meat, set the meat aside

Step 4
Place the sliced tofu on the scallop shell, add the vermicelli, scallop meat

Step 5
Then put the minced garlic on top, then place on the large plate

Step 6
In the wok, place the rack on the bottom, add the water and bring it to boil, then place the plate and steam it for 8 minutes

Step 7
Heat up some oil

Step 8
Drizzle some oil and soy sauce on top of each scallop, ready to serve
