Step 1
Mix together the ground pork, carrot, egg white, minced garlic, ginger juice, Chinese cooking wine, oyster sauce, corn starch, sugar, salt, white pepper, chopped green onion and cilantro.

Step 2
In a bowl, beat the egg and season with salt and white pepper.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Ladle the egg and cook until the egg is set. Repeat the step until the finish the egg.Transfer to the plate and let cool.

Step 4
Place the egg on the surface area, spread the pork mixture over the egg skin and leave about 1/2 inch on top.

Step 5
Roll from the bottom and transfer to the plate. Steam it for 20 minutes or until the pork is fully cooked.

Step 6
Slice and ready to serve.
