Steamed Pork Patties with Mushroom

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Soak the mushroom until soft. Remove the stem and dice. Set aside

Step 2
Clean the pork and pat dry. Mince the pork and marinate for 5 minutes

Step 3
Add the mushroom to the marinated pork patty

Step 4
Further add Kellogg’s All Bran in the pork patty, gradually add water to allow the pork and the All Bran to absorb the moisture

Step 5
Transfer the patty to the plate. Poke some hole with the chopstick, so it can be heated up evenly

Step 6
When the water started to boil in the steaming pan, place the dish on the rack and steam it for 10 minutes
