Step 1
Soak the black-eyed peas until soft about 2-3 hours. Drain and set aside

Step 2
Soak the dried squid until soft

Step 3
Cut into small pieces

Step 4
Chop the green onions and set aside

Step 5
In a mixing bowl, add corn starch, Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar, white pepper and marinate the pork for 20 minutes

Add the dried squid and black-eyed pea and mix well

Step 7
Transfer the mixture to the plate and steam over high heat for 12-15 minutes until fully cooked

Step 8
Sprinkle with chopped green onions and ready to serve
