Step 1
Soak the dried shrimp until soft and rough chop.

Step 2
Soak the black fungus until soft, drain and set aside.

Step 3
n a bowl, add the ground pork, Knorr No MSG Added Chicken Powder, sugar, corn starch, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 4
Add the black fungus, dried shrimp and mix well.

Step 5
Transfer the pork mixture on the plate.

Step 6
Steam it for 10-12 minutes or until the patties is cooked.

Step 7
Sprinkle with green onion and ready to serve.
