Slice the ginger and green onion

Soak the dried orange until soft and cut it to slice

Scale and clean the mullet and pat dry. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to season

Squeeze the salted lime and scrub it over the fish

Place the lime inside the fish

When preparing the fish, place the green onion on the plate and lay the fish on top

Sprinkle the dried oranges slice on the fish

In the wok, bring the water to boil and steam it over water for about 8-10 minutes

Combine the sauce ingredients, mix well

Add into the pot and bring it to boil
