Noodlefish80 g
Green onion20 pc
Ginger20 g
Chinese cooking wine1 tbsp
Potato starch1 tsp
Soy sauce1 tsp
White pepper1 tsp

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Mined pork, white bates, green onions, ginger

Step 2
Wash white bates in water

Step 3
All of the ingredients in a mixing bowl (except white bates)

Step 4
Add only hald the white bates, mix well

Step 5
Transfer to serving bowl, add remaining white bates on top

Step 6
Steam for 15 minutes

Step 7
Transfer to serving bowl, add remaining white bates on top

Step 8
Steam for 15 minutes
