Luffa1 pc
Vermicelli100 g
Green chili1 pc
Red chili pepper1 pc
Garlic2
Olive vegetables1 tbsp
Soy sauce1 tbsp
Olive oil5 g
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, soak the vermicelli in water until soft

Step 2
Minced the garlic

Step 3
slice the green and red pepper

Step 4
Peeled the luffa and cut it into sliced

Step 5
Transfer the vermicelli in a shallow plate

Step 6
lay the sliced luffa on top

Step 7
In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant and add the pickled olive

then pour on top of the luffa

Step 9
Drizzle soy sauce and oil

Step 10
steam it for 5 minutes
