Steamed Fish on Tofu with Fermented Black Bean Sauce

Place the fish on top of tofu and steam together with fermented black bean sauce, ready within 15 minutes!

Step 1
Pat the fish fillet dry and cut into pieces. Drain the tofu and cut into pieces. Chop the fermented black beans and garlic. Set aside.

Step 2
Marinate the fish fillet with salt and ground white pepper for 10 minutes and set aside.

Step 3
Mix together fermented black beans, garlic, steamed fish soy sauce and sugar.

Step 4
Place the tofu on a plate. Layer fish fillet and the fermented black bean sauce on top.

Step 5
Steam for 8-10 minutes on high heat. Ready to serve.
