Steamed Egg with Tofu and Glass Noodle

Egg, tofu and glass noodles combine and become a simple home cooked recipe. With black fungus, kernel corn and carrot, this steamed egg tastes and also looks good.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Soak the glass noodle until soft, drain and use the scissors slightly cut into pieces

Step 2
Soak the black fungus until soft. Drain and finely diced

Step 3
Separate the egg yolk and egg white

Step 4
In a fish bag, place the tofu and squeeze out the excess liquid. Transfer to the mixing bowl

Step 5
Add the egg white, glass noodle, black fungus, carrot, kernel corn, corn starch, salt and white pepper. Mix together

Step 6
Place the tofu mixture in a square or rectangle mold and steam it for 25 minutes

Step 7
Brush the egg yolk on top, let cool and remove from the mold

Step 8
Cut into pieces and ready to serve
