Steamed Egg with Minced Pork and Glass Noodle

Step 1
Soak the glass noodle until soft. Drain, cut into sections and set aside.

Step 2
Marinate the ground pork with 1/3 tsp Knorr No MSG Added Chicken Powder for 10 minutes.

Step 3
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, water and 2/3 tsp Knorr No MSG Added Chicken Powder.

Step 4
Add the ground pork and the glass noodle in the egg mixture.

Step 5
Mix well and transfer to the plate. Cover the plate with the plastic wrap.

Step 6
Steam it for 12-15 minutes until the egg and pork is cooked.

Step 7
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and ready to serve.
