Steamed Egg with Dried Scallop

Adding dried scallops into the steamed egg gives a more complicated flavour to the dish. It goes particularly well with tice!

Step 1
Dice the green onions. Soak the dried scallops, shred and set aside.

Step 2
Beat the eggs. Add dried scallop water and mix well.

Step 3
Place the dried scallops on a steam plate. Sieve the egg wash and pour into the steam plate. Cover with plastic wrap.

Step 4
Steam on medium high heat for 12-15 minutes.

Step 5
Heat the pan on medium heat. Add oil and soy sauce for steamed fish. Bring it to boil.

Step 6
Sprinkle the steamed egg with green onions and serve with soy sauce.
