Dice the soft tofu. Then mash half of the tofu in a plate

Dice the white fish fillet and shrimps

Bring chicken broth to a boil, add salt and rice wine

Add the diced fish, shrimps, and minced pork to blanch, about 2 minutes

In a mixing bowl, heat the egg white. Combine the mashed tofu and mix well

In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken broth mixture with diced tofu

Add the egg white mixture into the chicken broth, mix well

Transfer to serving bowls. Cover with a cling film. Steam over hot water for 6-7 minutes

Top with chopped green onions
