This is a very traditional Cantonese dessert. Smooth and yummy!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Add the rock sugar into the water. Cook the rock sugar until melts on medium heat. Let cool and set aside.

Step 2
In a pot of water, place steam rack and steam bowls. Bring the water to boil on medium high heat.

Step 3
Beat the eggs. Add rock sugar water and mix well. Sieve and pour into steam bowls. Cover with foil.

Step 4
Steam the eggs for 15 minutes or until cooked on medium low heat. Ready to serve.
