Steamed Dumplings with Cordyceps Flowers

Marinade
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Mix together the minced pork and marinade. Marinate for 20 minutes.

Step 2
Soak and rinse the cordyceps flowers for 10 minutes. Cut and set aside.

Step 3
Add cordyceps flowers and corn kernel into the pork. Mix to make the filling.

Step 4
Each dumpling has about 1 tbsp filling.

Step 5
Seal with some water.

Step 6
Wrap into dumplings.

Step 7
Place the dumplings onto a plate. Steam for 15 minutes and ready to serve.
