Steamed Daikon with Shrimp

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Clean the shrimps, chop into paste and marinate for 15 minutes

Step 2
Soak the mushrooms until soft and finely dice

Step 3
Chop the edamame

Step 4
In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, edamame, mushroom and green onion together

Step 5
Peel the daikon and cut into 3 cm thick pieces, use the cookie cutter to cut the daikon disc into same size

Step 6
Slightly scoop a hole in the middle

Step 7
In the pot, bring the chicken broth to boil and cook the daikon for about 5-8 minutes. Drain and let cool

Spoon the shrimp mixture on top

Step 9
Transfer the daikon to the plate and steam it for 8 minutes until the shrimp topping is cooked

Mix the sauce ingredients and cook in a sauce pan until thicken
